J'ai été au commissariat de konssa de Bobo dioulasso. Pour l'établissement de ma CNIB. Grande fut ma surprise d'entendre que si je veux obtenir ma carte en une semaine que de payer 7500. Si tu refuses et tu veux suivre la procédure normale alors on te fait tourner minimum 4mois et avec moins de chance ils reviendront te dire que c'est grillé et qu'il faudrait recommencer.
Particulièrement j'ai voulu suivre la procédure normale pour établir ma carte et depuis le 14 Août j'attends mais rien. Mon ami qui a déposé un mois après moi est reparti avec 5000f ils ont établi sa carte en deux jours.
Franchement je condamne cet acte.
